Clear scope before work begins

Service policies.

Effective August 28, 2026

Service

ShallBook prepares one source-cited administrative requirements brief for one complete customer-supplied public solicitation. The standard scope covers stated deadlines, forms, registrations, exhibits, submission items, missing information, and questions requiring an official answer. One administrative revision is included.

Not advice or representation

ShallBook is an administrative preparation service. It does not provide legal, procurement, accounting, tax, engineering, or other professional advice; interpret ambiguous requirements; determine eligibility; certify compliance; estimate or price work; write technical or price responses; sign, submit, or represent a customer; or guarantee acceptance or award.

Customer responsibility

The customer supplies the complete official source set, confirms that it may be shared, checks for addenda, verifies the brief against the official record, obtains authoritative answers, makes every business decision, completes and signs the response, and submits it through the official channel.

Timing and incomplete intake

Any stated turnaround is a target beginning only after complete intake and scope acceptance. Missing, unreadable, conflicting, or later-issued material may pause or change the timeline. Deadline risk remains with the customer.

Price, cancellation, and refunds

The standard price is $99 plus applicable tax for the defined scope. We confirm scope before payment. A customer may cancel for a full refund before work begins. After work begins, refunds are evaluated according to completed work and any failure to deliver the accepted scope; no award or acceptance outcome is promised.

Privacy

Send only the solicitation materials and business facts required for the brief. Do not send passwords, payment-card information, government IDs, protected personal records, or unrelated confidential data. Source files are used only to evaluate and fulfill the requested service and should be retained only as operationally necessary.
